Please review these terms carefully. They outline your rights and responsibilities when booking classes, purchasing memberships, or visiting our Perth yoga studio.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking a class, purchasing a membership, or using any service at Promocodehub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use our services.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
All class bookings must be made through our official booking system or in-studio. You must arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts. Late arrivals may be refused entry. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged. For private sessions, 24-hour notice is required. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low attendance, instructor availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Membership and Payments
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually) and automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with our policy. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.
4. Health and Safety
You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in yoga classes and have consulted a healthcare provider if necessary. You agree to inform your instructor of any existing injuries or medical conditions. Promocodehub is not liable for any injury or loss arising from your failure to disclose such information or your participation in physical activities.
5. Lifestyle and Conduct
We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and other students. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in termination of access without a refund. Mobile phones must be silenced during classes.
6. Intellectual Property and Website Use
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Promocodehub and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promocodehub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
